The online appointment scheduler is for New and Established patients needing an:
- Annual Eye Exam or
- Annual Eye Exam and Contact Lens Evaluation only.
If ANY of these below apply- you will need a specialty appointment:
- Low Vision/Legal Blindness from afflictions like, but not limited to; Macular Degeneration, Glaucoma, Albinism, Injury, or Stroke.
- New Patients with Keratoconus, Post RK, or Extreme Dry Eye Syndrome resulting in the need or desire of Custom Contact Lenses or Eyeglasses.
- New Patients wanting Ortho K treatment.
- New or Existing patients from the above categories wishing to troubleshoot existing product
